Spring 2020 … a tiny little virus has upended every area of our lives. Education is a priority area where there are huge opportunities for participants, whether they’re teachers, students, or parents.

Digital education can be both fun and an efficient learning tool but is not suitable for traditional testing and the possibility of cheating cannot be ruled out. Many professionals believe and I also agree, that there is no point in trying to directly copy the frontal education method on online platforms. What we need now are tolerance, openness, flexibility, and versatile methodology.

The virus has direct and associated consequences.

You need to be strong in your head, be flexible and change the way you do things to be able to adapt to this new situation.

What can you do: Start to think about what it will be like once it is all over and what tools, staff, products/services you will need. Get ready to restart. Make the most of your unplanned “holiday”. Take your and your company’s future into your hands.

I believe this whole situation is like a big Confidence Building Training on all fronts. (parents/children, doctors/patients, managers/subordinates, suppliers/partners etc.).

HR Revolution 2019

Célkeresztben a munkaerőpiac- munkaerőhiány, van, vagy nincs? ki hogyan látja és legfőképp, hogy birkózik meg vele?

Idén került először megrendezésre a HR Revolution konferencia a Portfolio szervezésében. A rendezvény keretein belül közepes és nagyvállalatok cégvezetői, HR vezetői vették górcső alá a 2019-re kialakult magyar munkaerőpiaci helyzetet.

Az előadássorozatot Dr. Parragh László a Magyar Kereskedelmi és Iparkamara elnöke (MKIK) kezdte egy demográfiai áttekintéssel, valamint statisztikákkal, melyek a munkaerőpiaci korcsoportok összetételét vizsgálták. Parragh Úr szerint a foglakoztatás mértéke 2020-2021-re érheti el a csúcsot hazánkban, onnantól egy megtorpanás és lassú visszaesés jellemzi majd a munkaerőpiacon résztvevők volumenét, figyelembe véve a születési és halálozási arányokat. Semmi ok az aggodalomra, intette nyugalomra Parragh Úr a hallgatóságot, ez nem egy speciális magyar népbetegség, egész Európában hasonló tendencia figyelhető meg, a kérdés az, hogy a digitalizáció és a mesterséges intelligencia térnyerése, hogyan fogja megváltoztatni a régió munkaerő összetételét.
